Players and guests often have questions about court access, scheduling, and how activities are organized at Taylorosa Pickleball Club in Corsicana, Texas. The information below covers common topics related to memberships, guest play, reservations, and club participation to help visitors better understand how the club operates.
The Taylorosa Pickleball Club has two “Regular” types of memberships, two “Pay-As-You-Go” types of membership/guest options and two types of Youth memberships:
-
Individual Member Membership
You pre-pay a $40 per monthly dues by automatic ACH or credit card transaction. You have unlimited times you can play and no other court reservation fees.
-
Married Couple Membership
You pre-pay $70 per monthly dues by automatic ACH or credit card transaction. Both players have unlimited play time and no other court reservation fees.
-
Pay-As-You-Go Membership
You are charged an hourly rate fee when you sign up for a reservation or join a reservation. You have a limited number of times you can play per week. If you play more than six hours monthly, this is a more expensive option than the “Individual Member” Membership.
-
Public Booking
You will pay the same as a Pay-As-You-Go member, but you only have to enter your name, cell phone, and credit card info in order to book a reservation. You MUST, however, pay for the entire reservation.
-
Youth (10 to 12 years) Membership
This is a free membership. This membership restricts the youth from joining or making a reservation unless they are added by a family member. They join a special youth event (i.e., group and individual lessons).
-
Youth (13–18 years) Membership
This is a free membership. This membership allows the youth to join a reservation and/or join a special youth event (i.e., group and individual lessons). They cannot make a reservation.
Public Booking is basically for a group of players coming to play at the facility on a seldom basis and don’t want to go through the process of setting up a membership.
Only one member of the group needs to provide their name, cell phone, and credit card information to make a reservation.
The downside is that they pay for the entire reservation, and if they come back to play later on, they have to enter this information again, and they are restricted to how many times they can play per month.
Whereas, a Pay-As-You-Go member can book multiple reservations, join a reservation, play more often, and doesn’t have to re-enter their information the next time they play.
The Taylorosa Pickleball Facility is an unmanned facility.
Players with an Individual Member or Married Couple membership are provided a code to open the front door of the facility anytime they wish to play or watch a match.
Play-As-You-Go and Public Booking registrants are texted a code 15 minutes prior to their reservation.
One player in the group assigned to a court must enter their door code in the court kiosk in order to turn on the lights. This code will only work 5 minutes before their assigned time or 5 minutes after their assigned time has expired.
Cameras are located throughout the facility to maintain security and compliance with all Taylorosa Pickleball Club rules.
